19 injured in bus collision

19 garment workers were injured when 2 buses collided at Madola on the Avissawella - Ratnapura main road last evening (May 28).

Later police arrested the drivers of the 2 buses.

Police said that most of the injured female garment workers were discharged and only 3 remain in hospital.
